How long will it take to receive my corals?

We generally ship in 5-7 business days from receipt of order.  Because all of our corals are made by hand, this time can vary a few days in either direction depending on the size of the order.

I don't see a color option for the corals I want to display - can you make custom colors?

Absolutely!  We can match virtually any color.  Simply reach out to us on the Contact form and let us know what colors (or color combinations) you're looking for.  We're happy to work with you to create your special coral pieces.

How do I order a custom coral insert?

Simple.  The first step would be to reach out to us via the contact form at the bottom of the home page.  We'll need to gather some specific information regarding your aquarium size, top-of-the-tank access dimensions, and a general idea of your vision.  From there we can build you a custom quote.

How do I keep my corals or coral insert clean?

Accepted Answer

Most of our customers require no more than a monthly in-the-tank scrubbing with an aquarium safe brush.  However, if a deeper cleaning is necessary, the corals can be removed and soaked in a 20% bleach and water solution - then rinsed in clean water before returning to the tank.  Many of our clients simply remove the insert and give it a medium force pressure wash (NO SOAP).  Our corals are infused with color so there is no danger of the finish wearing off or of the coral fading.
